Back in 2009, we started our first agency. Then, a few years later, another. We met brilliant people, backed them, and helped them launch their own businesses. One thing led to another, and eighteen years later, we’ve accidentally built a collection of agencies.
We didn’t sit down with a strategy to build a group. We just wanted to work with great people who had outgrown their own role. We gave them the support to build their own business instead.
One minute you’re crafting brilliant work; the next, you’re drowning in VAT, contracts, insurance renewals, and trying to fix the printer. It’s exhilarating, exhausting, and all-consuming.
